Fatigue cracking in high-pressure equipment is certainly the main factor holding back the development of these technologies in the industrial world. Thanks to the development of appropriate technologies over the last 25 years, THIOT INGENIERIE has been able to market
a fatigue testing machine (capable of 6,000 bar) which does not wear out at the same time as the pressure device being tested.

UNIQUE PERFORMANCE*

    • Maximum test pressure: adjustable from 500 to 5,700 bar
    • Specimen pressurization time: Approximately 0.1 seconds
    • Unloading time: a few seconds
    • Cycling frequency: adjustable around 1 cycle per minute
